All monthly rentals include heat, water & sewer, cable TV with expanded basic, garbage, snow removal and maintenance. Tenants are required to pay electric and any premium channels desired or internet access.

We also have 1 bedroom unit that is fully furnished with queen bed and bedding, towels, kitchen appliances, TV's in all rooms and furniture.
